We are looking for a Deputy Manager-Corporate Security.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲:

  • You will oversee and manage security operations, personnel, and policies across Visa Application Centers, ensuring the safety of people, assets, and information while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • Manage security personnel across Visa application centers.
  • Control security operations to implement life safety measures and prevent incidents at Visa application centers.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to provide advisory security measures.
  • Establish and monitor automation security systems.
  • Enforce compliance with information security policies.
  • Meet critical service levels and report deviations promptly.
  • Oversee security policies and procedure implementation.
  • Supervise security personnel deployment and performance reviews.
  • Manage reporting and handling security incidents.
  • Conduct security awareness training for staff.
  • Maintain logs and submit reports for Visa application centers.
  • Participate in security operations and monitoring activities.
  • Communicate security issues to management promptly.
  • Assist in investigations of security breaches.
  • Manage daily operations of the information security department.
  • Review reports on criminal activities and conduct investigations.
  • Monitor network and system security independently.
  • Assist in testing and maintaining security technologies.
  • Support implementation of security policy changes.
  • Assist security manager in administering common security controls.
  • Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate security management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced investigation and reporting skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
