Position : UI/UX Expert - Fully Remote

Our client, Grow Factory, is looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Expert to drive user experience excellence, interface design, and product usability across their digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can blend creativity, product thinking, and user research to design world-class experiences that convert and scale.
Responsibilities

  • Lead UI/UX strategy for Grow Factory’s product experiences
  • Build wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces
  • Conduct UX research, user testing and insight-driven iterations
  • Collaborate with product + engineering to ship impactful user-centric features
  • Maintain consistent brand + design standards across digital touchpoints
  • Continuously optimise navigation, usability and conversion funnels

Required profile for job ad : UI/UX Expert - Fully Remote

Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Expert UI/UX design capability with demonstrable portfolio
  • Strong proficiency in Figma / XD / similar tools
  • Deep understanding of UX research, interaction design + user behaviour
  • Excellent problem-solving and clear communication ability
  • Ability to translate requirements into intuitive product experiences
  • Detail-driven, creative and structured approach
  • 4+ years experience UI/UX design (SaaS / Product experience advantageous)
  • Portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking + UI visual craft required
  • Experience in tech or startup environments preferred
