Position : Online Marketing Personnel - Accra

We are looking for an Online Marketing Personnel.
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Marketing Manager located in Tema. The Online Traffic Manager will manage and optimize online marketing efforts to drive traffic, oversee performance marketing campaigns, and analyze traffic data to make data-driven decisions. Tasks include coordinating e-commerce strategies, implementing social media marketing plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and objectives.

  • Performance Marketing and Online Marketing skills
  • Broad experience in E-Commerce and Social Media Marketing initiatives
  • Proficiency in Marketing with an understanding of market trends and analytics
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Computing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, ICT or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and social media management software is a plus
  • Applicant's age should not be above 35 years
