Position : Solution Engineer - Windhoek, Namibia

Meshed 360 is seeking a dynamic Solution Engineer to join our growing team in Windhoek. In this role, you’ll lead the implementation, configuration, and support of our powerful business management platform for new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Meshed360 solutions for clients.
  • Conduct client training and create helpful guides and knowledge materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Dev) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Capture client feedback and suggest workflow improvements.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base and process optimization.

Required profile for job ad : Solution Engineer - Windhoek, Namibia

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, accounting, or inventory software sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to SMEs, accounting firms, or distributors.
  • Strong understanding of cloud systems (Xero, Cin7, Unleashed, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a knack for understanding customer pain points.
  • Self-starter — comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • MUST speak BOTH Afrikaans and English

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Xero or ecosystem app sales.
  • Relationships with accounting firms, retail tech, or agri-tech sectors.
  • Understanding of tax, stock, or compliance processes.
