We are looking for a Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representative.
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for Claremont INC, you will play a crucial role within our client's customer support team, responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to their diverse customer base. Your role is essential to ensuring a positive customer experience, resolving inquiries, and maintaining the high service standards for which our client is known

  • Conduct effective communication in both English and French, both in written and verbal forms, to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Excellent proficiency in English is required for this role.
  • Address customer inquiries, including product information, order status, account inquiries, billing, and general support requests.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and courteous information to customers while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Utilise appropriate resources and tools to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and transactions with customers.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  • Strive to meet and exceed established customer service and performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with your team members and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay updated on our client's policies, procedures, and product updates.
  • You will receive comprehensive training to prepare for your role, Fluency in both FRENCH AND ENGLISH is a requirement.
