Position : Project Manager - Greater Accra, Western,Upper East

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee our key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while managing resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate, and manage project activities from conception to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct project evaluations and create detailed post-project reports.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
