Position : Project Manager - Harare

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful projects across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of projects, from initiation through execution to closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project performance, track progress, and report updates to senior management.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication across all levels.
  • Conduct project evaluations and lessons-learned reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum preferred.
  • 5–10+ years of progressive project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
