Position : Real Estate Sales Executive - Addis Ababa

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in real estate sales or property management. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the buying, selling, or renting process.

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and client referrals.
  • Conduct property viewings and present property options to clients.
  • Negotiate sales or rental agreements and ensure contracts are properly completed.
  • Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated with current real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
