Position : Assistant Lodge Manager - Serengeti
Beautiful lodge in the Serengeti, Tanzania is recruiting an experienced Assistant Lodge Manager.
Duties include:
- Ensure daily interaction and communications with in-house guests
- Ensure brand standards are always maintained
- Support to the Lodge Manager
- Ensure that controls and systems are in place to ensure the sustainability of the business
- Relief for the Lodge Manger when on leave
- Hosting
- Taking the lead on groups
- Form part of the management team, be reliable and lead by example
- Assist in maintaining a good working relationship with the government bodies
- Assist in placing and monitoring all lodge operational stock orders
This is permanent live-in role.
Required profile for job ad : Assistant Lodge Manager - Serengeti
Experience required:
- At least 4 years’ relevant management experience in a 5-star lodge establishment
- Lodge Operations Experience
- Any relevant qualifications would be an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English (other languages an advantage)
- Leadership skills
