Position : Sales Manager - Greater Accra
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and execute strategic plans that expand our customer base and increase revenue in the fuel additives, lubricants, and motor oil markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enter new markets and grow existing client accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fuel additives, lubricants, and motor oils sectors.
- Use CRM systems and digital tools to manage the sales pipeline, communicate with clients, and track activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and high-quality service.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective and current clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Report on sales performance, market developments, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in fuel additives, lubricants, motor oils, or related chemical industries.
- Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and digital communication tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
