Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital is seeking an organized and efficient Admin Clerk
Key Responsibilities:

  • Update social media platforms and website articles
  • Manage incoming calls and chatbox communications
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks
  • Prepare quotes and invoices using Xero software
  • Follow up with debtors and manage proof of payments
  • Handle client emails and assist with client follow-ups
  • Take minutes during meetings.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate
  • Previous administrative experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfortable using Xero accounting software
