Are you a driven, target-focused Recruitment Consultant with proven experience in business development and end-to-end recruitment?

We are seeking a confident, experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage both client development and recruitment delivery. You’ll be part of a team that rewards initiative, delivers results, and provides the tools and support to run a successful desk — but you must bring the hustle.
Responsibilities:

  • Full 360 recruitment: client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, placement, and onboarding
  • Proactively drive new business development and grow your client base
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients across engineering, technical, and FMCG sectors
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Placement Partner (ATS), Career Junction, PNET, and internal databases to source candidates
  • Headhunt passive candidates and build talent pipelines for high-demand roles
  • Travel to client sites to better understand hiring needs and build rapport
  • Work toward and exceed monthly targets related to revenue and placements

Required profile for job ad : Recruitment Consultant - Bedfordview

  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, with a strong focus on business development.
  • Full-cycle / 360 recruitment experience – able to manage both client and candidate processes.
  • Ability to recruit for contract and permanent roles across various sectors.
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance, in-office setting.
  • Excellent negotiationcommunication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (client visits required).
