Plant Manager - Arusha

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of engineering (e.g., chemical, mechanical, industrial), or a science-related discipline is highly desirable. 

• Work Experience:

Several years (8+ years) of experience in a supervisory or management role within the plastic moulding industry is preferred. 

• Supervisory Experience:

Experience in leading and managing teams, setting goals, and motivating employees is essential. 
Skills and Competencies:

• Leadership:

Strong leadership skills are paramount, including the ability to motivate, delegate, and guide a team to achieve goals. 

• Communication:

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are vital for interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

The ability to identify, analyse, and solve problems effectively is crucial for ensuring smooth plant operations.
