Position : Lodge Manager - Namibia

A newly upgraded, eco-friendly lodge on a 42-hectare estate, offering an authentic Namibian experience. Operating at international standards, it accommodates 20 guests and features a restaurant, bar, spa, braai area, swimming pool, and game drives. Focused on sustainable tourism, the lodge promotes wildlife conservation, including rhinos.
The Lodge Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences while managing multiple outlets and activities.

Required profile for job ad : Lodge Manager - Namibia

Namibian citizen only with hospitality or lodge management experience.

  • Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills.
  • Passion for conservation and sustainable tourism.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and general IT proficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, dynamic environment.
