Responsibilities

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and business continuity.
  • Leverage data and analytics for decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Report operational performance to the CEO and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • 10–15 years of leadership experience in operations, preferably in the software industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
    • Proven ability to scale operations and drive business growth.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to align operations with company goals.
    • Financial acumen, including budget management and cost optimization.
    • Familiarity with software development processes and relevant technologies.
    • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes in the technology and insurance sector.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to satisfaction and delivery.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic.
    • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage ambiguity
    • Alignment with company values, mission, and culture.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Availability to manage operations across time zones.
