Position : Sales Representative - Gaborone

We are looking for a Sales Representative.
Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting and identifying potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Regular customer visits new and existing.
  • Attend trade shows and conventions to represent the company and its products.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend suitable products.
  • Collaborate with internal sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

We are a lighting import and distribution company, situated in South Africa Cape Town looking to employ a competent Sales Rep in BOTSWANA to join our external sales team.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a similar role is required.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Strong ability to create and maintain customer relationship.
  • Experience in the Lighting Industry would be an advantage.

Basic Salary plus commission.
Fuel and cell phone allowance provided for business purposes.
