Position : Virtual Assistant - Johannesburg / Gauteng

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with various administrative and support tasks. The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the team by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating tasks, and performing duties remotely, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for executives or team members, and send reminders.
  • Email Management: Monitor and organize emails, prioritize communications, respond to inquiries, and filter out spam.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing helpful information and resolving any issues.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and organize records, spreadsheets, and databases with accurate data entry and updates.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries for business trips.
  • Social Media Management: Assist with managing social media accounts, creating posts, scheduling content, and responding to messages or comments.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Research: Conduct research on various topics such as market trends, potential clients, or competitors, and compile findings.
  • Task Coordination: Help manage daily tasks for the team by creating to-do lists, following up on deadlines, and assisting with project management.
  • File Management: Organize digital files and documents, ensuring easy access and proper categorization.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Assist with creating invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts for billing purposes.

  • Education: A high school diploma is required, though a degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in administrative, customer service, or remote support roles is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
