Position : Sales Representative - Windhoek

We are a reputable lighting import and distribution company based in Cape Town, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our external sales team in Namibia.
Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting and identifying potential clients in Namibia.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Regular visits to customers and prospective clients.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and conventions.
  • Actively pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Collaborating with the internal sales team to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets within specified timelines.

Required profile for job ad : Sales Representative - Windhoek

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in the lighting industry would be advantageous.
