Position : IT Sales Agent - Johannesburg

We are looking for an IT Sales Agent.
Duties:

  • Sales of IT & Telecommunications products and services for establish Telecommunications company (Authorized Dealers for Panasonic, Samsung and other well-known Providers in the Telecom & IT Industry)
  • Travelling to clients in Gauteng
  • Sourcing new clients and maintaining client relationships
  • Sourcing new leads and contact leads provided by company
  • Meet & sign-up leads physically if need be
  • Daily Reports on lead & tasks progress
  • Sales administration to assist and close sale
  • Plug and play / basic ‘problem solving’, setups & maintenance
  • Assist current and new clients with training and queries.

Salary: R 15 000.00 - R 40 000.00 gross basic (Depending on relevant sales experience and relevant qualifications) + commission
- Reference CR2680; and
- Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with offered amount.

Required profile for job ad : IT Sales Agent - Johannesburg

  • Presentable and professional born South African
  • Fully bilingual in with excellent English proficiency (Afrikaans proficiency preferred)
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Formal sales/marketing University Diploma or Degree highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years recent sales experience a must, specifically in IT/Telecommunication or similar technical products and services a must (Non negotiable key requirement)
  • Experienced and able to attend to relevant administration, sales and varied tasks e.g. plug and play, problem solving of routers etc.
  • Reside within 40km from Lyndhurst, Johannesburg (near Balfour Park Mall) a must
  • Must be willing and able to visit office occasionally when needed (couple of times monthly/weekly)
  • Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle a must
  • Willing and able to meet with leads and clients
  • Reliable, trustworthy and customer orientated
  • Eager and willing to grow with company (Growth opportunity to management position)
  • Stable employment record and contactable References from non-family orientated employers a must
  • To start as soon as possible
  • Permanent position to work from office or from home
  • Internet and telephone expenses incurred for work to be paid by company
