Sales and Marketing Specialist - Tanga, Arusha and Mwanza

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our glass and aluminium fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products and services. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and creating effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Responsibilities :
Sales Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:
   • Identify and approach potential clients, including architects, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
   • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business.
2. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
   • Understand the features, benefits, and applications of glass and aluminum fabrication products.
   • Provide product demonstrations and consultations to clients, showcasing our capabilities.
3. Sales Process Management:
   • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
   • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
   • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Customer Support:
   • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
   • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Strategy:
   • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
   • Develop marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the construction and fabrication industry.
2. Digital and Traditional Marketing:
   • Create and manage content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.
   • Design and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and advertisements.
3. Events and Networking:
   • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings.
   • Organize promotional events to showcase products and services.
