Bintoo Mart, Oyo, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team to achieve operational and financial targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth store operations, implementing policies, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:Team Leadership:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates and other staff members.
• Motivate and train team members to enhance productivity and customer service standards.

Operations Management:

• Ensure the mart is fully stocked, clean, and well-organized at all times.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and minimize losses through efficient processes.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Customer Service:

• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Financial Management:

• Monitor sales targets and assist in implementing strategies to meet or exceed them.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reports for management.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations.

Reporting:
