Position : Independent Contractor – Recruiter - Remote

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team as an Independent Contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of staff recruitment for both temporary and permanent positions. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, access to reliable internet, a laptop, and a headset. The position offers a monthly stipend and commission based on performance, with clear expectations for effort and results.
Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both temporary and permanent positions.
  • Source, screen, interview, and select candidates who are a good fit for client needs and company culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
  • Use various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates and track progress.
  • Keep hiring managers informed about the recruitment pipeline, providing regular updates.
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism and clear communication at all times during the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times, especially regarding sensitive candidate and client information.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in clear spoken English; able to communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of staff recruitment processes, both temporary and permanent, across various industries.
  • Access to reliable internet, laptop, headset, and other necessary remote working equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and responsibilities effectively.
  • Demonstrated effort and results in recruitment, with clear data to justify the monthly stipend.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, adhering to professional and ethical standards.
  • Based in Ghana.

Compensation:

  • Monthly stipend + Commission based on recruitment success.
  • The stipend is contingent on demonstrating effort and tangible results. Candidates must provide data, metrics, or other evidence to justify the stipend.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position with flexible working hours.
  • Contractor role with potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.
