Position : Loan Collection Officer - Ikeja

We are looking for a Loan Collection Officer.
Responsibilities :

  • Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: 50,000 Naira per month.
  • Transportation Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
  • Food Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
  • Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).
  • Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
  • Pension plan fully funded by the company.

Required profile for job ad : Loan Collection Officer - Ikeja

  • Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND); a statement of result is required with the application.
  • Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
  • Proximity to Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, is essential.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month on  paid as overtime and two Saturdays off .
