We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working and dedicated Sales and Client Relationship Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities :

  • Act as a contact person to manage each customer account.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Handle all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Must have the boldness to follow up on client debts.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Be knowledgeable of all products.

Required profile for job ad : Sales and Client Relationship Officer - Dar Es Salaam

  • Must have enthusiasm to manage and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Must be able to take initiative and pay attention to details.   
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Must be able to use a computer (basic administrative tasks – typing, etc.)
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
