We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media & Shopify Manager to join our team as a Social Media & Shopify Manager to help elevate our brand and enhance our digital presence.
Responsibilities :
Social Media Management:

  • Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and growth.

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Create and edit high-quality photos and graphics for social media and product listings.
  • Design visually appealing posts, stories, and ad creatives using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Produce short videos or reels for promotional purposes.

E-Commerce Management:

  • Add and manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and photos.
  • Optimize product pages for SEO and visual appeal.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure the store is updated regularly.

Required profile for job ad : Social Media & Shopify Manager - Addis Ababa

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles for e-commerce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing e-commerce brands or digital marketing.
  • Additional skills in photography or videography are a plus.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising strategies on social media platforms.
