Position : English-Speaking Personal Assistant - Ethiopia

We are currently seeking an English-Speaking Personal Assistant – Night Shift (Ref: SR_AP-RM2024) for one of our clients in the United States. This is a part-time remote position (4 hours/day) from Monday to Friday. You will work from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST, which corresponds to 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM in Ethiopia. 
Our client needs a Personal Assistant to help manage his schedule, appointments, organize trips and travel, conduct some prospecting, perform online research, manage emails, oversee projects, and search for real estate properties.

Profile Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant 
  • Experience with English-speaking clients is a plus but not mandatory 
  • Excellent proficiency with Google Suite 
  • Strong familiarity with ChatGPT 
  • Organized, efficient, proactive, and solution-oriented 
  • Previous experience working night shifts 
  • Excellent written and spoken English 
  • Stable and reliable internet connection at home with a mandatory backup from another provider in case of outages 
  • Reliable computer equipment at home with mandatory backup for power outages 
  • Immediate availability for a 4-hour night shift from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM in Ethiopia
