Position : Backend Developer - Accra

We are looking for a Backend Developer.
Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop and maintain the backend architecture.
  • Implement secure authentication and data encryption protocols. 
  • Manage and optimize the database (MongoDB or PostgreSQL)
  • Build and maintain APIs to support frontend functionalities, ensuring smooth communication    between the frontend and backend components.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs as needed.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems, APIs, and integration points.

Required profile for job ad : Backend Developer - Accra

 

  • Proven, proficiency in backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express.js).
  • Experience with database systems (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and continuous integration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
  • Ability to work collaboratively and fast.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
