We are looking for a Hybrid Accountant.
Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Data Analysis:
  • Use data analytics tools to extract insights from financial data, helping to inform business decisions.
• Tax Preparation:
  • Assist in tax planning and compliance, preparing tax returns and ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Collaborate in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights based on historical data.
• Technology Integration:
  • Implement and manage accounting software and tools, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
• Internal Controls:
  • Evaluate and improve internal controls and processes to mitigate financial risks and ensure accuracy.
• Consultation:
  • Provide strategic advice to management on financial performance and risk management.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated on accounting trends, regulations, and technologies, adapting to changes in the industry.
• Client Management:
  • If in a public accounting role, manage client relationships, providing personalized service and advice.
