Position : Head of Business Development - Remote

 
We are looking for a Head of Business Development.
Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
    • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities and target customers.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Business Development:
    • Lead the business development team to generate and qualify leads.
    • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
    • Negotiate and close deals with key clients and partners.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing business development team.
    • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Financial Performance:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and profitability.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Innovation and Partnerships:
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and product development.
    • Explore strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and capabilities.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile for job ad : Head of Business Development - Remote

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
