We are looking for a Field Managers.
Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and supervise all fieldwork activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Recruit, train, and manage enumerators and field teams for specific projects.
  • Conduct quality control and ensure adherence to data collection protocols.
  • Manage logistics, including field travel and equipment distribution.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting and support during fieldwork operations.
  • Monitor data integrity and compile field reports for submission to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and data security measures.

  • Several years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a field-related industry (e.g., construction, logistics, or sales).:
  • Strong understanding of the industry-specific processes and technologies relevant to the field operations.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial resources related to field operations.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools to track progress and manage operations.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
