Poultry Farm Worker - Emali

We are looking for Poultry Farm Worker.
Responsibilities:

• Daily Care of Broilers:
  • Feeding and watering broiler chickens according to the farm schedule.
  • Monitoring the health and growth of birds, identifying signs of illness or poor growth, and reporting any issues.
  • Ensuring proper ventilation, lighting, and temperature control in the poultry houses.
  • Handling and moving broilers as required for routine checks, vaccinations, or transport to market.
• Farm Maintenance:
  • Cleaning and disinfecting poultry houses, feeders, drinkers, and equipment regularly.
  • Removing and disposing of litter, waste, and dead birds safely.
  • Assisting in maintaining biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Record Keeping:
  • Keeping accurate daily records of feed and water consumption, bird health, mortality rates, and other relevant data.
  • Assisting with farm inventory and reporting any shortages of feed, equipment, or supplies.
• Assisting with Farm Operations:
  • Helping with the loading and unloading of birds during deliveries or market runs.
  • Supporting the farm manager in other tasks as needed, such as construction or repair of poultry facilities.
