Position : Import/Export Manager - Spintex, Accra

We are looking for an Import/Export Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Network Design: Designing and optimizing logistics networks, including transportation routes, warehouse locations, and distribution channels.
  • Demand Forecasting: Predicting future demand for products to ensure adequate inventory levels and transportation capacity.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Identifying and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, storage, and handling to minimize costs and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Transportation Management: Selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and coordinating transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Warehouse Management: Managing warehouse operations, including layout, equipment, and staff, to optimize efficiency and space utilization.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensuring that customer orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
