Position : Operations Controller (Freight Forwarding) - Walvis Bay

We are seeking an Operations Controller to oversee and optimise our freight forwarding operations.
Missions :

  • Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate freight forwarding operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Customer Interaction: Collaborate with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure high levels of service satisfaction
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies
  • Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:
