Qualifications:

• Degree or Master’s in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
• NTC teaching license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably as a Principal or Assistant Principal.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and the community.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change effectively.
