Position : English-speaking Customer Service Representative - Work from Home

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - WORK FROM HOME, FULL-TIME ONLY.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound and outbound calls 
  • Qualify prospects
  • Work with spreadsheets and keep online records.

Requirements:

  • CPU: min 4000 score AMD/i5 6th generation or higher with min 8 GB RAM, Windows 10/11
  • Internet: Fiber optic connection
  • Ability to work 8/9-hour shifts 5 days/week in EST. Shifts between 9am - 9pm EST. Weekends when needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
$2.84 USD/hour + up to $500 USD bonus/month.
