Position : Project Development Lead - Nairobi

Premier Recruits, with a 14-year track record in global C-suite recruitment, is partnering with a leading NGO dedicated to improving sanitation through innovative methods. We are seeking a dynamic Project Development Lead to drive our client's 3-cities portfolio approach model and manage the financial closure of three fecal sludge treatment plants (FSTPs).
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead public-private partnerships with governments and finance institutions.
  2. Oversee the success of stakeholder relationships.
  3. Drive FSTP project structuring and fundraising processes.
  4. Develop and present project materials including pitch decks and financial models.
  5. Manage relationships with funders and national government institutions.

Required profile for job ad : Project Development Lead - Nairobi

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or Civil Engineering.
  2. Advanced degree preferred.
  3. 7 years of project development or management experience.
  4. 3+ years in infrastructure project development.
  5. 3+ years in resource mobilization with DFIs and government.
  6. 2+ years in a management role.
  7. Strong communication and networking skil.ls.
