Poste proposé : Senior Bartender - Dubai

We are recruiting for a 5-star hotel chain in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates a Senior Bartender.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of food & beverage operations within the Clubhouse & Castle
  • Plan the development and training of F&B Assistants and monitor their performance
  • Ensure effective communication of the event details to all other departments within the resort and any other relevant information
  • Be knowledgeable of company purchasing procedures and product availability to maximize product quality and cost saving opportunities
  • Ensure that all food and beverage equipment is regularly maintained and kept in good order
  • Ensure that all bars, restaurants and function rooms are clean and presentable for show arounds.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a bartender;
  • Relevant training certificate;
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean;
  •  Positive attitude and excellent communication skills;
  • Very good command of spoken English.
