Position : Restaurant Manager - Windhoek

GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise housekeeping as well as front and staff and ensure smooth and efficient operations in the mornings
  • Running stock errands
  • Ensure outstanding customer care at all times
  • Control cash transactions and other receipts in accordance with company policies
  • Help out where needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid driver’s licence is a great advantage
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English and to be able to speak another European language is of great advantage
  • Must be reliable and trustworthy
  • Willing to work weekends.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

  • Minimum 3 years working in guest relations in hospitality
  • Must be computer literate.
