Accounting Manager

Job Title: Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.- Manage and supervise the accounting team.- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.- Prepare and analyze financial statements and budgets.- Coordinate and complete annual audits.- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.- Assist in financial planning and analysis activities.- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
