About Us:

At We Are Working, Inc, we assist injured individuals (or families of the deceased) in obtaining compensation for their losses. We help with two circumstances - civilians injured while working for U.S. defense related companies, or anyone injured by certain terrorist related acts. Typical claims have values of $10,000 to $100,000 USD. Our services are entirely free for the injured party, and we extend our support to individuals worldwide. We have a high success rate in securing benefits for our clients, regardless of when the injury occurred. Both physical and mental injuries are eligible for our assistance.

About the role:

This is a remote, full time or part time, work-from-home position, with flexible hours, working for We Are Working, Inc, a U.S. based, global company (an ‘Achieve-it’ affiliated company). Compensation is up to $25/hr (base + commissions).

As a customer service representative / lead facilitator at We Are Working, you would help us locate and support either of the following groups: 1) civilians that have been injured, or the families of individuals killed, while working for U.S. companies operating to support the U.S. military abroad (for example Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Ukraine, Nepal, Philippines, or any country with a U.S. military base); 2) anyone (civilian or military) that has been injured by certain terrorist acts. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping educate and engage with, and our clients affected by injuries or loss
  • Guide our clients through the claims process
  • Assist in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation.

Following is information on what kind of leads would you be helping us connect with:

Person specification

  • Civilian contractors from any country (U.S. citizenship not required)
  • Wounded Iraqi and Afghanistan veterans
  • Gold Star Families & Civilian contractors (even if already receiving benefits).

Examples of professions these individuals might be in:

  • Construction crew in the U.S. Government-funded projects worldwide
  • Heavy Equipment Operators on U.S. military bases or ports
  • Drivers delivering supplies or fuel to U.S. Forces
  • Linguists or Translators supporting U.S. Forces globally
  • Security Personnel in U.S. Government projects or Department of State
  • Food Services Personnel in U.S. Military bases.

  • Any physical injury
  • Death
  • Mental trauma (PTSD, Depression, Anxiety)
  • Nightmares, Insomnia, Panic attacks
  • Suicidal thoughts, Recurring flashbacks of traumatic events.
