Voazok Limited is seeking a skilled Website Development and Social Media Consultant to enhance our online presence and drive business growth. As a consultant, you will leverage your expertise in website development and social media marketing to develop and implement effective strategies that align with our business objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this key role will oversee the development and maintenance of our website, create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and design and execute effective marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, analyze marketing data to optimize performance, and drive business growth through innovative digital strategies. This is a hybrid role, located at North Legon with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Design and develop a responsive, user-friendly website that reflects our brand identity
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and website
  • Optimize website for SEO and ensure seamless user experience
  • Provide ongoing support and updates to maintain and improve online presence
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in website and social media management
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the tourism industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing data
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools (eg. Canva, Mailchimp, website management, etc)
  • Highly proficient in content creation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms

Nice to have

  • Experience with API integration and development
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Passion for sustainable and responsible agritourism

Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and expertise.
