Position : Sourcing Specialist - Nairobi

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist.
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting high-quality candidates to meet the recruitment needs of the company and its clients. This role involves proactive talent sourcing, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with recruiters to ensure timely and successful hiring. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in research, and comfortable using multiple sourcing platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles
  • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Create engaging outreach messages to attract passive candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activity
  • Research market trends and salary benchmarks to support recruitment strategies
  • Assist in employer branding efforts and candidate engagement initiatives
  • Ensure diversity-focused and inclusive sourcing practices
  • Track and report sourcing metrics and performance
