  • Work together with the teams Product Owner / Accountable Lead to ensure your team delivers high quality at a high pace
  • Proactively identify issues and work on resolving them

Required profile for job ad : Software Engineering Manager - Remote

  • At least 6 years hands-on experience as Software Engineer with 2 years experience as Engineering Manager, responsible for designing and implementing systems
  • Line Manager of at least four or more individuals, guiding, coaching and being a mentor
  • Worked in the fast paced Agile/Scrum (methodology) projects
  • Experience with performance management & salary review
  • Self-driven & high energy with a passion to nurture high-performing teams.
