Golden Gelton Ltd., on behalf of our client in Zimbabwe’s fast-growing tech sector, is seeking a Software Developer / Engineer who is passionate about building innovative solutions that empower businesses and communities. Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Develop: Create, test, and deploy scalable software applications tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Maintain & Optimize: Ensure systems run smoothly, with clean, efficient, and secure code.
  • Innovate: Contribute fresh ideas to improve user experience and system architecture.
  • Problem-Solve: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges quickly to keep projects on track.
  • Document & Review: Maintain technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
  • Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or .NET.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
