Poste proposé : Site Manager - Ntui

We are seeking, on behalf of our client specialized in the agribusiness sector : a Site Manager to oversee all operations at their Cacao Fermentation Center . This role requires a dynamic leader with a blend of operational rigor and innovative thinking to drive excellence in cacao fermentation and production.
Position based in Ntui, Cameroon.
Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
    • Foster a strong team culture through leadership, mentorship, and skill development.
    • Supervise on-site teams, ensuring efficient task delegation and performance management.
    • Collaborate with farmers to enhance process flow, engagement, and quality assurance.
  • Operations & Production Management:
    • Oversee cacao fermentation, processing, and production efficiency.
    • Ensure adherence to SOPs and implement best practices for quality and food safety.
    • Optimize production schedules, throughput, and cost control for maximum efficiency.
  • Financial & Administrative Oversight:
    • Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
    • Liaise with authorities and handle administrative documentation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Global Representation:
    • Represent COOKO to visitors, investors, and international stakeholders.
    • Promote Ntui as a global hub for fermented cacao.
    • Build and maintain relationships with community and industry partners.

Profil recherché pour le poste : Site Manager - Ntui

Requirements : 

  • ​​​​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience: Min 5 years in factory/production management or agricultural processing, preferably in tropical environments.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial oversight. Familiarity with food safety and traceability standards.
  • Languages: Full proficiency in French and English
  • National : Cameroonian
  • Work Location: Ntui, Cameroon.
