  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Track project performance against established KPIs.
  • Make timely decisions to ensure project success.
• Project Closure:
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned.
  • Prepare final project reports and documentation.
  • Ensure project deliverables are handed over to relevant stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicate project status and updates.
  • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

• Financial Management:

  • Track and report on project financials.
