Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, or similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing at senior and mid-management levels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in remote and independent work environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical people strategies and initiatives.
  • Passion for personal and professional growth, with a mindset open to modern, agile, and entrepreneurial ways of working.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including experience with HR metrics and data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing priorities across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
