Position : Senior Consultant – Business Management - Nairobi

Premier Recruits, a renowned consultancy firm with a 14-year history in global recruitment, is partnering with a leading organization focused on building a better Africa through knowledge, strategy, and implementation services. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our team in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and adapt methods to analyze information, create testable hypotheses, and formulate actionable insights and recommendations.
  2. Communicate findings effectively through reports, presentations, and data models.
  3. Manage stakeholder interactions, including conducting interviews, facilitating meetings, and coordinating program participation.
  4. Identify and evaluate business development opportunities, develop concept notes and proposals, and build networks to advance African development agendas.

Required profile for job ad : Senior Consultant – Business Management - Nairobi

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; a relevant master's degree is an advantage.
  2. Minimum of three years' senior experience in a leading management consultancy firm; additional experience in development fields is a plus.
  3. Significant experience living and working in developing countries, preferably in Africa.
  4. Sensitivity to political and cultural environments and a commitment to African development interests.
  5. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in various formats.
  6. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analytical methods.
  7. Knowledge of education and employment issues, and trends in health, climate, and agriculture sectors across Africa is an advantage.
  8. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
