Position : Senior Boiler and Power Plant Manager - Secunda

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Boiler and Power Plant Manager is required to lead steam generation, biomass energy plant and utilities for continuous manufacturing operations. Permanent employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region). A seasoned boiler and power plant professional is required.
Responsibilities :

  • Manage boiler operations and fuel handling systems
  • Supervise power plant staff and uptime performance
  • Supporting continuous production
  • Develop energy efficiency and maintenance strategies
  • Ensure compliance with statutory boiler and power regulations
  • Drive safety culture and technical excellence
  • Leadership of operations teams

Required profile for job ad : Senior Boiler and Power Plant Manager - Secunda

  • Boiler / power plant certification or industrial utilities qualification
  • Proven power plant management / senior manager (8-10 years) experience
  • Industrial (Plant) Manufacturing or energy-intensive industry background essential.
  • Steam systems, fuels and efficiency expertise
  • Leadership in high-output environments
  • Safety and regulatory compliance focus
