Position : Sales Representative - Nation Wide

We are seeking for the services energetic and results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell our highly in demand Web Based Applications to Schools, Churches and Hotels. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market reach. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the use of internet on smartphones and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential target customers, such as Schools, Churches, Hotels.
  • Promote and sell a variety of Web Based Applications crafted for Schools, Churches and Hotels.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and testing to potential buyers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner.

Market Research & Intelligence:

  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market needs, product demand, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for market expansion.

Sales Execution & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer databases.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including sales performance, targets achieved, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with Technical Team to ensure timely project delivery.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with marketing and branding teams to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Participate in sales training programs and continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • NCE/OND/HND/BSC/BA/BTECH.
  • Sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of use of internet on Smartphones.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work with or without close supervision.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours (When applicable).
